Application:
Mainly for Zirconia sintering of denture processing industry and dental lab.
Introduction:
International advanced manufacturing technology, human security design. The furnace is made by high-purity alumina lightweight fiber material with very low thermal conductivity and bulk density. Compared with the traditional heavy materials, the uniform temperature of the device reflects the essential differences.
Control interface with large-size touch screen, easy to operate. The control mathematical model adopts the advanced PID self-learning fuzzy control to maintain the temperature control accuracy at ± 1 ℃. The lifting system adopts the linear guide design with stepless speed regulation.
The motor-driven lifting table significantly simplifies the charging of the high-temperature furnace. The all-around heating of the cylindrical furnace chamber ensures a very even temperature uniformity.

8. Latex hole carefully designed is the perfect solution to the waste gas during material sintering.
9. Double layers steel casing with fan cooling, to ensure the surface of furnace below 50C, safety for the operator.
